Welcome to Acido. By creating an account or using Acido, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

### Private Files

Private files:

* Are intended to be accessible only by your account.
* Are not intentionally made available to other users.

While Acido implements reasonable security measures, no online storage service can guarantee absolute security.

## 6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Acido a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to:

* Store your content.
* Process your content.
* Display public content.
* Deliver downloads.
* Generate previews.
* Operate and improve the platform.

This license ends when your content is permanently deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal or backup purposes.

## 7. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acido shall not be liable for:

* Service interruptions.
* User-generated content.
* Downloads from other users.
* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You use Acido at your own risk.
