1How do I order a server?+
Pick a plan on the homepage and click "Buy Now". That takes you to our Discord, where you open a ticket and tell us which plan you want — we handle setup and payment with you directly from there.
2How do I pay?+
Payment is handled manually through Discord — there's no checkout on the website. You'll sort out payment details with us directly in your ticket.
3Does every plan include DDOS protection?+
Yes — DDOS protection is included by default on every plan, at no extra cost.
4What control panel do I get?+
Minecraft servers run on a standard Pterodactyl panel, so you get a familiar, full-featured way to manage your server.
5Do you offer VPS hosting too?+
Yes — alongside Minecraft server hosting, AcidoHost offers general-purpose VPS plans on Intel Xeon hardware, ordered the same way: pick a plan and open a ticket on Discord.
6How do I get support if something goes wrong?+
Open a ticket in the AcidoHost Discord server. Support is handled there directly.
7What's the infrastructure running on?+
AcidoHost currently runs on AWS-hosted VPS infrastructure. As the project grows, real dedicated nodes are planned.
